 Far upper State Street where the differences between Santa Barbara and Goleta blur . . . located in an old A&W that was once near oranges and family farms is now a delightful spot for Mexican dishes specializing in sea food . . . think of Mexico on the edges the Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific.
